With a roadmap of developing 20 million sq. ft. of Build-To-Suit Industrial & Logistics Parks in the next 5 years; this arm has land bank holdings of over 400 acres in strategic locations like Chennai, Bengaluru, Vijayawada, Pune, and Hyderabad. Our current and proposed facilities include Logistics Park, Export Zone, Dry Port, Primary Processing and Collection Centers, Inland Container Depot, Container Freight Station catering to retail, agriculture, and storage.

Textile & Apparel Retail
Dignity Innovations, our textile division with over 25 years of industry footprint, manufactures and exports more than 10 million garments every year, operating out of 1.5 lakhs sq ft. of factory space. A keen focus on garment research & development helps us collaborate with customers and mills to develop new fabrics and garment manufacturing processes. With significant involvement in sustainable practices, we innovate all the way from research and developing fabric lines, dyeing, pattern making, and finishing methods to using best-in-class machinery and well-trained workforce, and the highest standards of quality control. We remain a preferred choice for many coveted international retail brands Walt Disney, Primark, 7Diamonds, Max, La Halle among many others.

Education & Sports
Focus on children’s holistic development is the mantra of our Educational Institutions. In The Hanuman Education Trust, by Avigna, the pursuit and strength lie in our commitment to community – the crafting together of a shared vision. The trust operates two schools The Maharshi Vidya Mandir and Nahaar Public School in Villupuram Chennai. The schools both put together have 3000 students. At the landmark township Celeste, Avigna runs the Maharshi Vidya Mandir group of schools. This was defined by the inception of the Maharishi Vidya Mandir. The ideology behind it was to provide holistic education following the guidelines of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, in building strong leadership abilities by structuring the mind through consciousness.
